Jesse Tree Ornaments (PDF)

Six pages of Jesse Tree ornaments for you to print and use. Each page contains four of the designs listed below for students to color and decorate with glitter or cotton balls glued to the ornament. Print the designs on card stock. Included also is a list gives 25 suggestions for symbols to use in decorating a Jesse Tree along with the scripture references for the symbol. These 25 symbols would allow a new ornament to be added to the tree each day in December leading up to Christmas.

Jesus Christ as Both God and Man (PDF)

To help preteens understand that Jesus Christ, the divine Son of God, was also truly human, here’s an activity which traces both His humanity and His divinity through several passages from the Gospel of Saint Luke. This is a good activity for the period of the Feast of the Nativity, as we celebrate His Incarnation - the divine Son of God coming in the flesh.
